The App is provided solely for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes or rewards redeemable for money or real-world goods. Virtual coins and items have no monetary value and may not be sold, transferred or exchanged outside the App.
The App is intended for adults. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws and age requirements applicable in your country or region.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not interfere with the App, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, exploit bugs, use automated systems, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device.
The App, its software, graphics, text, design, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to Kvantium Digital ApS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent legally allowed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the App, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
We may restrict or terminate access where these terms are violated, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the App, users or our systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights available in your country of residence.
